MET City plots come in standard serviced sizes, so you can plan an independent house within the approved building guidelines. Sizes below come from the official sales offer and published listings; confirm each plot against METL records.
Residential & Villa Plots: 112–500 sq. yd.
Serviced freehold plots of 131, 155 and 179 sq. yd.; Sector 8 and Sector 2A plots of about 100–179 sq. yd.; Metropolis plots of 112–179 sq. yd.; and villa plots of 237–500 sq. yd. in MET Habitat-style enclaves.
Independent Floors, SCO & Industrial
Semi-furnished ready independent floors (configurations on request), shop-cum-office plots on arterial frontage, plug-and-play industrial plots and ready-built factories or warehouses.
